I needed some bumper Fascia Retainers for a 2003 Nissan Altima, I ordered the only ones on the site which were listed for Nissan Altima 1997 and after. The delivery charge was almost as much as the cost of the 10 fasteners. When they arrived, they were too big. I called to get them to send out the correct replacement. but the woman was defensive and refused. She said that they would not know if they were the correct ones and I need to call the dealer to get the specs before ordering. I pointed out that they had advertised the items to fit this car, but she says that it might not and that was not their responsibility to know even though that was their business and was advertising incorrectly. she said that I could try again after checking with the dealer. Fat chance of that. She was rude and the organization sure doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction. Don't waste your time with these people who don't care about what they sell, their customers and just want your money. What a rip off. BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!
