HELLO I am a csr phone representative for Clout Visa. First, I would like to say monthly statments are mailed that detail EXACTLY where you have made every transaction. You can also view your transaction history at clout.com or call customer service for your transactions history (OUR # is on the back of your card/statment/and online.) WHEN YOU SAY YOU CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE DID YOU ASK WHAT CHARGES YOU HAD ON THE ACCOUNT TO MAKE YOU OVER YOUR LIMIT? If there really are charges you dont recognize on your bill call us and report FRAUD on your acct! Was your account # compromised? Is someone else using your card #? DID YOU KNOW YOUR NOT RESPONSIBLY FOR FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY ON ANY VISA OR MASTERCARD? THAT MEANS THOSE CHARGES WOULD BE REFUNDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT! 1. We did not spend your 600.00. 2. Keep in mind Credit card fees/Interest: Late fee 39.00-Overlimit fee 39.00-Cash advance fee 10.00 Apr 20.4% These fees are high so take responsiblity and avoid accruing them. Also make your minimum monthly payment each month its 10.00 or 2% of your balance. 3. You complain calls are coming in. I assume you are not paying bills and that is collections calling you. Make your payments or payment arrangments and you can avoid that too! Also check out Visa.com there are tips and tools to teach you how to responsibly use credit. Customer service is 24/7 call us if you have questions that is what were there for. I hope this helps you.

Are you sure that there wasn't a fee for activation of the card? A lot of campanies will charge you a couple of hundred dollars just to issue the card. Also, there could be annual fees that are charged to your card. I would ask the credit card company for a detail of what the charges are or wait till you receive your statement. I have a feeling you didn't realize what you were agreeing too as far as fees.
