The good news is that I filed a BBB complaint that resulted in contact from the VP of Club Navigo. Karen was very kind, understanding , apologetic, and just as important listened. The result was that account was repaired and approx. 7 weeks of vacation time resorted to my account. She was instumental in having updates and Club literture mailed to me. The end result is that I now have everything I was promised. She did advise that there would be an in-service with the staff about improved customer service. Thank you Karen!
