We owned a time share at Liki Tiki in Orland. This was an Island One resort which we discovered is the same people that operate Club Navigo. They offered us an opportunity to convert our time share to a point system in Navigo to expand out vacation opportunies. We paid $3400 in 12/06 and were promised a two week bonus vacation for the conversion and 3600 points per year to be used for travel.

Here's what we got; NO BONUS WEEKS, and two years later only 3600 points as they trashed 3600 points in '07 without telling us. They claim we didn't bank those weeks with Interval International when the contract and the literature we rec'd does not mention the need to bank weeks.

They have NEVER sent us account updates. They could have notified us that we would loose time if not banked, but they crummy customer service failed to notify us. They never return calls.......BUT....they always seems to know where to find us when an annual tax/maintenance bill was due.

When contacted several times in April we finally reached their mgr., who identifed herself as "Jacklin" she just repeated the rules, wasn't at all interested in hearing our concerns and when pressed, she hung up on us and we are still trying to get them to bank our remaining weeks.

If you have these guys......get rid of them. There are good organizations who will buy your Liki Tiki and allow you to get a better deal with honest fair service.

The good news is that I filed a BBB complaint that resulted in contact from the VP of Club Navigo. Karen was very kind, understanding , apologetic, and just as important listened. The result was that account was repaired and approx. 7 weeks of vacation time resorted to my account. She was instumental in having updates and Club literture mailed to me. The end result is that I now have everything I was promised. She did advise that there would be an in-service with the staff about improved customer service. Thank you Karen!
