The phone listed is his enabling girlfriend Karen Stoddard aka Karen Mennen. This must be the business listed in a previous report. His childhood friend hired him and he even conned him. Read previous reports and previous failed businesses by this man. My guess once he gets informed of this report he will change his number and come up with his next scheme/con. He is operating in the area of Victoria but lists his address as Flatonia/Schulenberg area on the latest dating website where his mom has property and an camp house.
