I have been working as a Sub-Contractor (National Management Enterprises) for the past 1.5 years. The owners obviously ignore the slander against them as we have read. During my contracted time with Construction Management Ind. L.L.C., we have been consistantly paid each week. Mr. Dearman in KY (Dearman Construction L.L.C.) has been employed with Construction Management Ind. L.L.C. for 6 months and has been consistantly paid weekly as directed by our contracts.
Those that have reported Construction Management as a bad company; I have first hand knowledge they did not honor their signature in contract. We were assigned their work to complete. They ignored their non-contact and non-compete agreement by trying to hire my company to work for them which is a slap in the face to CMI L.L.C. because CMI L.L.C. taught these contractors from ground up how to work and make a profit within the business.
Reporting Construction Management Ind L.L.C. for something they did not do per written contract is illegal and wrongful slander. We are still working, Dearman is still working and are doing well.
