CMS Brokerage Don Ramsey Will Jeter, Ann Jeter Theft of $270,000.00 FORT WASHINGTON , Maryland
Donald Ramsey and Will Jeter from CMS Brokers, Inc. just after the Christmas Holidays 2009 presented us with an investment opportunity "double your money in 5-days investment program". Immediately we were excited, however, we did think it was too good to be true and we should not have gotten into the investment. To add some icing to the cake we were told that Donald Ramsey was brought in as an expert in Securities Fraud cases with the US Government/Treasury. We still decided not to go with the investment and Don Ramsey became irate and hung up the phone.
Subsequent to the final call with Don Ramsey his associate Will Jeter called us multiple times and tried to re-sell us on the program and we didn't budge as he kept telling us that we would be missing out on this great opportunity and so forth and that's when finally Will Jeter offered us a signed personal guarantee should the investment go sour for any reason. We finally gave in and decided that we had nothing to lose. Boy were we wrong!
The Offered Deal: CMS Brokers, Inc/CMS Brokerage Donald Ramsey and Will Jeter said that they needed a total of $450,000.00 to finish a larger transaction and they already had another investor that put up $180,000.00 so they needed $270,000.00 from us to complete the transaction. They offered us 100% on the 270K investment which would net us a profit of 270K. Will Jeter faxed us the wiring instructions after we signed paymaster agreements, Escrow Agreements as well as an agreement with CMS Brokers that " our initial investment funds would never be at risk" as well as Will Jeters' personal guarantee for our initial investment of $270,000.00 in the event of a default for any reason payable to us within 3 days. We have never received our monies to date and no returned calls or correspondence from either Don/Donald Ramsey or Will Jeter. We know that Don Ramsey travels to Columbia South America quite frequently. We can't discuss anything past this point for obvious reasons.
CAUTION: DO NOT believe anything Donald Ramsey or Will Jeter say... they are LIARS and don't own up to their responsibilities!

donald ramsey and william jeter also scammed me for 700,000 dollars and offered me to double my money. currently, donald ramsey is in jail for mortgage fraud. i am going after william jeter.
the justice will serve.
