coast to cast insurance Carl Lee coast 2 coast insurance rip off 232 dollars inglewood , California
On November 2010 a DEBIT PURCHASE with my bank cardwas made from COAST 2 COAST INSURANCE, Transaction for the amount of $ 232.00 I was supposed to be purchasing Car Insurance.
I talked to Carl Lee he said he represented the company, explained everything, and the transaction was completed. Then the same day , Carl Lee emailed me to sign papers on line with EchoSign.I did, and he sent me a proof of insurance card (I still have it saved on my computer)
Then I recieved this email..............From: Carl Lee
Important Message Regarding Your Auto Insurance-Refund Issued This is an urgent message in reference to your insurance:The business relationship between myself Carl R. Lee Agent/Broker and Superior Access wholesaler insurance distributor has been terminated. It has come to my attention that there were policies that were not uploaded and/or processed in a timely fashion via Superior Access which lead to the dissolution of our business relationship. As such all insurance transactions that fell into this category were closedand fully refunded. As I no longer conduct business with Superior Access. I apologize that your transaction has fallen into this categoryyet, a full refund has been issued should be recieved by you in the mail within 10-14 business days.I apologize for any inconvenience.

I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!I then emailed him back asking: in january asking him that i have not receive my refund he ask me for our information and never reply again his number is disconected and the address in inglewood is a house not a business.
It is february 11 and i have not heard or receive a refund.

I spoke with Carl Lee February 16 because i was able to get a hold of his cell phone he never care to contact me after several e-mails i sent. When i spoke with him he promise i would be reimburst fully however today is February 23 and no refund has been receive. He posted a rebuttal to my report that night we spoke with him. I'm not sure why he stated i was reimburse if we had just spoken on the phone. is been now 3 months and if he in any way felt responsible i would have receive my money back by now.

I operated as an insurance wholesale distributor via Superior Access. Superior Access allowed me access to FIC/Unitrin & Commerce West for personal lines of insurance however, I never had actual binding authority and timeliness of the upload and binding was as huge problem and led to the termination of my relation with Superior Access. I am a licensed agent in the State of California and have been bonded and insured per the requirements of my practice.
When the relationship with Superior Access ended all clients affected were notified and reimbursed. I waited thirty days before the complete termination of the business operation because I knew there could be questions with respect to what happen and how individuals were affected. Some clients even have my direct cell phone and personal email addresses to contact me personally just in case there are matters that I may need to assist them.
No person, was made to be stolen from, mislead, decieved or anything of that mater. If for you whatever reason there are any matter still outstanding between myself, Carl Lee dba Coast To Coast Insurane in the State of California. All matters will be handled swiftly and expeditiously by contacting [email protected].
This complaint is taken seriously as I, Carl Lee has spoken to Franscisco and Wallace and reimbursed them personally.
