I spoke with Carl Lee February 16 because i was able to get a hold of his cell phone he never care to contact me after several e-mails i sent. When i spoke with him he promise i would be reimburst fully however today is February 23 and no refund has been receive. He posted a rebuttal to my report that night we spoke with him. I'm not sure why he stated i was reimburse if we had just spoken on the phone. is been now 3 months and if he in any way felt responsible i would have receive my money back by now.

I operated as an insurance wholesale distributor via Superior Access. Superior Access allowed me access to FIC/Unitrin & Commerce West for personal lines of insurance however, I never had actual binding authority and timeliness of the upload and binding was as huge problem and led to the termination of my relation with Superior Access. I am a licensed agent in the State of California and have been bonded and insured per the requirements of my practice.
When the relationship with Superior Access ended all clients affected were notified and reimbursed. I waited thirty days before the complete termination of the business operation because I knew there could be questions with respect to what happen and how individuals were affected. Some clients even have my direct cell phone and personal email addresses to contact me personally just in case there are matters that I may need to assist them.
No person, was made to be stolen from, mislead, decieved or anything of that mater. If for you whatever reason there are any matter still outstanding between myself, Carl Lee dba Coast To Coast Insurane in the State of California. All matters will be handled swiftly and expeditiously by contacting [email protected].
This complaint is taken seriously as I, Carl Lee has spoken to Franscisco and Wallace and reimbursed them personally.
