Coast-to-Coast Advertising serves hundreds of restaurants and thousands of clients nationwide. Our total number of complaints to the Better Business Bureau is way under 1 per cent. Our total number of unresolved complaints is almost immeasurable as a percentage of clients served. All of our contracts with restaurants are iron clad with an actual recording of the member of management who agreed to put the place mats on the table and a written confirmation of the contract confirmed via certified mail. We also establish receipt of our place mats via Fedex tracking and signature procedures. Coast-to-Coast Advertising purchased the assets of A. Ross and Associates but did not assume their liabilities and does not take responsibility for any of their business practices.
