We were approched by a gental man from Coast to Coast auto glass during the first week in May 2010. He scheduled a time to come and replace our windshield. Over a week later we where told that the wrong window had been ordered thus it would take more time than expected. Fine, life is busy so thats cool, the right window is key! Two weeks later their installer came to our house and installed the window, upon finishing the job he replaced the rain senser cover, when he had taken it off he broke a piece of the meconism that hold that cover to the windshield. He "fixed" it by using the windshield glue to glue it to the windshield. "I knew something was wrong and that it would fall on you, so i glued it to the window so that it wouldnt be a problem."

Thus, two days later the sencer cover fell off the windshield, when contacted then, they said they would be out that weekend to replace it. The installer said he would personaly take care of this for us. He was a "no call, no show" for two weekends in a row. They never came and inspected the car and made sure they had ordered the correct item and that they were qualifed to install it. Today, the same installer arrived three hours prior to the aggreed time, and inproperly installed the "new" sencer cover. It is still wrong and after nemerous phone calls to their corporate office and his direct superviser this is still not solved. His direct superviser states that is our fault for the senser cover being broken. It has now taken over a month to resolve an issue that should have never been an issue to begin with.
