"I worked for the company for ahwile and i was actually a top producer in my office even promoted before i started peicing things together and all they do is teach you to find damage to windsheilds even the smallest things and show you how to convince people to replace even if it shouldnt be replaced and how to illegally to wave insured people to get their windsheilds replaced using the most expensive glass the worst part is your out all day looking for damage while they sit back and make all the money only a small number of people make the money. I would sell the most windsheilds and only made 250 a week and you as a worker make 45 dollars for a 250 dollar windsheild that the insurance company pays for, and the main owner makes way more than you do and even the bussiness owners are slaves in fact the branch i worked for made me and two other people move to tallahassee and we worked for awhile their and then he packed up overnight and ditched us and didnt even pay us for our time working 12 hour days from 7 am to 7 pm 6 days a week for not even minimum wage they say commision only but your expected to work those hours somtimes more and you dont even get paid for that...and when they promote you you are expected to give your sales away to people your teaching to do what you do and there is no raise or anything, this company is garbage using young people and older people with promises of managment positions wheneven the managers are slaves and most of the time are in on the scam they run the names max's coast to coast autoglass everyday they send you out in pairs to soloicit in non soloiciting areas untill people get fed up and call the police on you and people working for this company have even been arressted doing what your told to do. i had police calling my phone and i wasnt even gettign money for the windsheilds i did sell i kept tabs they just use you. never work for coast to coast"

Unfortunately this guy had a bad experience with our company. He certainly was not a top performer making $250 a week. That is doing only 5 windshields a week which would more than likely explain your anger. You were not making any money. Why an owner would take such a performer to another city to work is beyond me. And you were not forced. That is a flat out lie. No one is ever forced to do anything in this company.
As far as being told to make false claims to insurance companies...well that makes no sense at all. Coast to Coast is the largest windshield replacement company in Florida. We did it thru face to face advertising. This company replaces upwards of 1000 windshields a week. Who is this guy? A disgruntled employee who did not make any money. You quit the program and now want revenge.
If you were taught to lie...why didn't you walk the first day...I am confused.
