On Oct 18 14:31 a DEBIT PURCHASE with my bank card was made from COAST 2 COAST INSURANCE, Transaction number *****for the amount of $ 334.00

I was supposed to be purchasing Car Insurance for 6 months. I talked to Carl Lee he said he represented the company, explained everything, and the transaction was completed.

Then on Nov 2nd, Carl Lee emailed me to sign papers on line with EchoSign.I did, and he sent me a proof of insurance card (I still have it saved on my computer)

Then I recieved this email..............From: Carl Lee To: Wally Sent: Sun, December 12, 2010 11:12:34 AMSubject: Important Message Regarding Your Auto Insurance-Refund Issued



This is an urgent message in reference to your insurance:

The business relationship between myself Carl R. Lee Agent/Broker and Superior Access wholesaler insurance distributor has been terminated. It has come to my attention that there were policies that were not uploaded and/or processed in a timely fashion via Superior Access which lead to the dissolution of our business relationship. As such all insurance transactions that fell into this category were closed and fully refunded. As I no longer conduct business with Superior Access. I apologize that your transaction has fallen into this category yet, a full refund has been issued should be recieved by you in the mail within 10-14 business days.

I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!

I then emailed him back asking: Does this mean I do not have insurance?

He replied: I am affraid you do not.

On Thu, Dec 30, 2010 at 11:00 AM I wrote:



I have not received my refund, it has been well over the 14 days, and I am going to the authorities if I don't hear back from you by the 1st of the year. Thank you



He wrote back:

I will get the check reissued today. I apologize for the delay. v/r Carl

Then he even called me on the phone and promised me it would be sent via overnight mail, but this was on the Christmas weekend, so I gave it more time.

Well, It has been long enough, Today is 01/08/2011 , AND STILL NO REFUND! and in the meantime DMV wants to suspend my registration. I need that money to purchase insurance from someone else ASAP.
