enhanced billing ink or voice to voice have been charging my phone bill for months. back in july when i first saw the charge on my att bill, i call att they could not do any thing for me but call in enhanced billing inc, i called enhance billing they had all my inforation but could not help me, forward me to voice to voice, voice to voice said they will stop charges. i thaught everything was fine, then they kept charging me for service that did not order or want.still today i being charge.
something has to been done about this company and other like it. they should be able to charge your phone. att need to more to protect thier customers. from these faurd charges.
