People purchasig into the business end of Coastal Vacations are independent distributors. I started my Coastal Business back in February 2006 and I too worked very closely with my Director, attended various Live Q&A calls as well as attended Live Seminar/Training events. It did take a while for the ball to get rolling - partially because I was working extremely part time hours while working a full time job and partially because I was new to the industry and learning by doing. It sounds like you are an "orphaned" Associate that purchased a Level 3 Package. What happens is that some Directors for a number of resons will no longer be actively working their Coastal Business. What you need to do is to find another Level 3 Coastal Director, and make sure you are comfortable with them and question them thoroughly on their business plan and how they market the products to produce an income. Some are doing B2B for incentives, others are doing Fundraising, other Recruit, etc. It sounds like the answer you are getting back from the Leadership team is assuming that you Purchased a Level 3 Director Kit and you have not received your Director's Release which is earned with the first two sales going up to your business mentor. That is the training fee that all training Directors earn for their diligence and training efforts to bring you up to speed, help you with prospecting, marketing, closing sales, and a lot of other hangs on training. It is up to the individual Director's if they choose to do this one on one, or by group teleconference call. It is your business and you can design the training program to help your new associates earn that Director's Release ASAP. Something isn't working in the mix and based on the report, I am speculating as to common problems. I have picked up a few Coastal orphans in the past year. Go to www.officialcoastaltraining.com (Official Coastal Training) and look at the calendar of New Associate calls and other training calls ot help get you started. My organization is multi-facted but Coastal remains my primary income earning segment of my business. Best of luck to you.
