cobb emc Cobb emc is a very lowdown crooked company. They have fake customr service. The reps pretend to care but will do notging to help pr accomodate you with your issue. smh marietta Georgia
I have been a customer 7 years, not because i like them i hate them but they are the only power company you can use in Acworth Ga. The company cutme off for $23.00 dollars and charged me a $40.00 reconnect fee and a $25.00 rt check fee. i paid with Amex using the routing and account number and the system took it. I had no idea 7 days later it kicked it back. The suprvisor James and the rest of them couldcare less that i have newborn twins and going through a divorce. They no longer send text messages or make an automated call to warn you of overages or possible disconnects and nor do they send u a bill on prepaid services because then they cant rape you for your money. James is a supervisor who put the $25 back on my accoubt but refused to give me the bulk of what they found a legal way to steal.
Cobb EMC will rape you for your money. The reps are horrible and fake. A supervisor named James is horrible too. A bunch of demons. No other words for this company and the reps.
