I purchased a 3D printer from them on a Kickstarter campaign. The units were a little over a year late in shipping and when I finaly received my kit, it was missing critical parts (v-groove wheels). Based on the comments on kickstarter and the foums, it looks like they shipped 100's of kits out with missing parts. Maybe they were after the inflated shipping revenue, I honsetly don't know why they would do that.
To make a long story short, their company was buily through crowdfunding and they treat their customers like garbage. They shipped parts for a design that could not pissibly work without re-engineering. I received my "Kit" 6 months ago and get no response from them. I don't beleive I will ever see the missing parts from my kit.
