Colcomplx and Skin Beuaty, AKA llustra and L'etoile Anti-Aging Cream for face and under eyes. Doesn't work! Internet
I ordered a trail size product of an Anti-Aging cream for the face and under the eyes. The product looked on line like it was backed by the Shark Tank program so thought it was a legitament business. I received the product which I used however it did not work. I was charged on my Credit Card for the postage for the trial amount. I then noticed two large charges of 98.09 and 89.29 on my Credit Card. I called right away and they explained to me I had not called soon enough so I would be receiving an automatic order. I then cancelled everything and they tried to offer me discounts etc. but no refund. I was expecting to receive the next order which I thought I paid for but no. Now they are telling me that since I did not call within the 14 day time period the trial size I received was now charged at the full price. Excluse me but $100.00 a bottle which is a trial size is way out of line. The Illustra product on the bottle is Illustra Skin Care, Los Angeles, Ca 855-491-6599 and the L'etoile product on the bottle is L'etoile Skin Care, Los Angeles, Ca. 888-892-1484. Neither product matches the billing of Colcomplx 888-505-3869, $89.29 or Skin Beuaty 888-214-1859, $98.09. I never received any of this information with the product and do not recall seeing it when I ordered the products. Guess they saw a sucker coming.
