 Cold Flow technician asked to look at repair - technician couldn’t pinpoint the problem and his suggestion was to replace all the components that it “might” be faulty… the cost $1500 (took 5 phone calls and 2 emails to finally get a response on price).

We reverted to another authorised Mitsubishi repair guy to find that the wiring was put back together wrong on the DC Capacitor by the Cold Flow technician and has blown the new power board – so our air conditioner is still not working! I was watching when the Cold Flow guy was testing and saw a puff of smoke at one stage - don't think he knew what he was doing. The Service Manager was supposed to ring me and discuss but still no response. I have asked for the $195 call out fee back .... and would like them to pay for some of the Damage .... Not Happy !!
