I have been an employee of Colders for 8 years, and find the above complaint rather puzzling. I have never been encouraged to lie to any customer and in fact have been trained to always maintain contact with my customers in regards to merchandise arrival times. Honesty builds long term relationships, the goal of every GOOD salesperson. All Colders salespeople receive continual training, particularly in the bedding department, where we're trained to find "the right bed at the right price" for our customer regardless of price. Walking away from customers is strongly discouraged certainly not encouraged. Colders provides our valued customers with a wide variety of merchandise at a wide variety of price points to meet any budget so we would never discourage a customer from purchasing what they want.
