In reviewing the above complaint, there are many issues that are incorrect and others issues do not make any sense. No complaint has EVER been received by Real Estate School of Nevada or by Coldwell Banker Wardley concerning this matter. The erroneous issues are: 1. Mark Schender has NEVER been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Wardley or with the Real Estate School of Nevada as a manager or employee. Mark Schender has NEVER been an instructor (paid or unpaid) for the Real Estate School of Nevada. 2. The Real Estate School of Nevada, is Licensed by the State of Nevada to assist individuals in obtaining their NEVADA real estate license. The school does NOT provide education for licensing in any state other than Nevada. There would be no purpose in attending Real Estate School of Nevada if an individual was seeking to be licensed in PA. 3. In the Real Estate School of Nevada does NOT offer a Broker Licensing course, the only course offered is an Agent Licensing course. To obtain a Broker's License in Nevada an individual (unless previously licensed in another state) must obtain an agents license, be active in the real estate business in the state of Nevada for 2 years, then complete additional education and take an additional exam. The person here stated they obtained their Broker's; this would not be possible through the Real Estate School of Nevada. 3. Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate (CBW) is an individually owned and operated real estate brokerage operating in Las Vegas Nevada. CBW has obtained a franchise from Coldwell Banker to operate as a Coldwell Banker affiliate only in Las Vegas, Nevada. CBW does does not operate in any other state other than Nevada. 4. Coldwell Banker Wardley has never done any business in the state of PA. CBW has never offered any person employment in the state of PA and does not have any relationship with any company operating or doing business in the state of PA. CBW has NEVER hired anyone to be employed in PA; has never asked anyone to relocate to PA; and the Real Estate School of Nevada has never trained anyone to become licensed as a real estate agent in the state of PA. 5. Coldwell Banker Wardley and the Real Estate School of Nevada have NEVER employed any individual by the name of Bob Pennington in any management or employment capacity. 6. Coldwell Banker Wardley and the Real Estate School of Nevada have no business relationships with any company called, in whole or in part, "Town and Country" In summary: The information stated in this complaint makes no sense whatsoever. The allegations are entirely false and without merit. There is no way of understanding what the person posting the complaint is trying to say, in that the information is so incorrect, that no reasonable person could understand the basis of the complaint give the true facts regarding the entities complained about. If the individual posting this erroneous complaint, or anyone other concerned individual, wishes to discuss this matter, I can be contacted at Coldwell Banker Wardley Real Estate in Las Vegas Nevada or at the Real Estate School of Nevada in Henderson Nevada. Sincerely, Jeff Sommers President of Coldwell Banker Wardley Director of The Real Estate School of Nevada, Inc.
