If you were defrauded by College Funding Group there are two things you need to do as soon as possible if you want help to recover your money: 1. If College Funding Group, Al Barone, or Donna Barone initially contacted you through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail, they have also committed mail fraud. Please send a detailed letter (be sure to state that College Funding Group initially solicited you by the USPS mail) to: Patricia S. Sweeney, Manager, United States Postal Inspection Service Criminal Investigations Service Center 222 S. Riverside Plaza, Suite 1250 Chicago, IL 60606-6100 It is imperative that you state that you were initially contacted by mail. They are also trying to help consumers recover money. 2. If you paid for services and did not receive any services from College Funding Group, please contact: Gary D. Kennedy Senior Litigation Counsel Federal Trade Commission 1999 Bryan Street, Suite 2150 Dallas, TX, 75201 [email protected] (email) 214-979-9350 (voice) 214-953-3079 (fax) Time is running out, you need to write to these people as soon as possible.
