Colliers Furniture Expo does not stand behind the products that they sell and the owner Mike Collier is a Rip off Artist.
I purchased a Ekornes Stressless chair from Colliers Furniture Expo on May 15, 2017 at a price of $2785.00 and after one attempt to repair the headrest from falling down and then they replaced the chair with one that does the exact same thing, now Mike Collier wants to charge me $557.00 for them to take the chair back and refund my money.
Mike Collier the owner of Collier's Furniture Expo is a rip off artist that should be held accountable for this type of unacceptable customer service.
Ekornes the manufacturer of the Stressless line of chairs and sofas is also the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service there is none, The corporate office in Summerset New Jersey will not even return my phone calls and that states volumes about their customer service, which is non existant.
Both of these companys are the worst or the worst.
