DO NOT PURCHASE A HOME WARRANTY CONTRACT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Deceptive selling practices. No intentions of honoring contracts, Morris Grant who claims to be a supervisor in one call second call he is a manager. Signed up in Feb 2012, filed first claim April 11, 2012 for hot water heater and after 5 days (contractor had come out and diagnosed the issue) Morris Grant told me that I was not covered because waitng period time frame was not met. Accordiing to Morris Grant I needed to wait another 30 days before filing a claim.
