Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort Rentals In The Smokies Colonial Properties False Advertising Very Poor Customer Service Bad Company Pigeon Forge Tennessee
Our family just recently rented the cabin called Angels Loft from Colonial Properties and it was a nightmare from the beginning our 65 year old mother fell and had to be taken to hospital to be treated and Colonial Properties has done nothing to help They informed us that the home owners insurance would cover the medical bills and refuse to give information of the insurance company.
There was black mold on upstairs bathroom wall, and cracks marks and scratches all over walls there hasn't been any up keep of this property. There is a note on wall next to thermostat stating do not put below 72 or air unit will freeze up really don't you think that should be fixed.
No screen on patio doors. The couch and chair were dirty. There were to be 2 TVs and only one worked there kitchen pans were junk need to be thrown away.
The driveway was in very bad shape no repair of washed out gravel they had a stump of a post in the driveway for what reason I can only guess but it hit the underneath side of my dads car needs to be removed.
Very bad customer service all they seem to know how to do is lie.
Several of us were ate up by bugs in cabin and still healing from that it was the worst vacation ever and will not return to colonial properties ever again save yourself the trouble and rent from someone else.
