Color Country Cattery S. Clark Failed to meet the terms promised on the website Cedar City Utah
Chris Thompson, the owner of Color Country Cattery, failed to meet the promises she advertises on her webpage. She claims that her cats will be sold healthy and socialized.
I purchased a sick kitten from her who had no familiarity with humans.
She claimed to provide a guarantee for all kittens but would not refund the full amount of the cost of the kitten, who was extremely ill due to a vaccination she administered 12 hours before we picked the kitten up from her cattery.
She claims to be an active member of FICA and CFA and to “abide by their rules and regulations.” Color Country Cattery is not listed as a member of either association.
She promised to mail me the registration issued by a cat registry proving the kitten’s lineage, but she never did provide that paper. The cattery owner is not honest, and she misrepresents their service and their cats on their website.
