Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We went to this particular store because we live in the area. We had never done this before so when we arrived, we expected to be shown around the shop and guided as to what to do. WRONG. There was only one girl present, and she was intermittingly helping other children. FIANALLY, after waiting over 30 minutes, we actually had to interrupt her talking so we could ask her how to get started. She mumbled something to us and then we just went around the room and asked others questions.

We finished about 4 items, and several days later, we got a call that one of the cups broke in the kiln. I went the next night to replace it, but chose to do something else. When I finished, the girl told me that my item was free as compensation for the earlier breakage, and that my daughter could come in and finish her cup that was broken another day. That made sense to me. When we returned a few days later to paint MORE items, we were charged for the intial cup because a DIFFERENT girl said they dont compensate broken items. lol We argued a bit but after her standing her ground ,and us feeling embarrassed with everyone looking at us, we gave in and paid. The next day I called the OWNER, and she told me that when my daugher goes back to pick up the items, she will be refunded for the cup and paint. When she went back, she told the girl what the owner said, and the girl once again wouldnt budge. WOW ...... I never had such an awkward and bad experience at a business. We ended up throwing several of the items away that we made for Christmas because they were damaged and looked absoluteley horrible. What a nightmare ........... Also ........ their prices arent cheap, they are very expensive and most of their work looks like a kindergarten class did the work.

It's interesting because I went through a few of the listings here on Rip Off and the majority of the claims have to be legitimate because friends and relatives of ours have complained also. I looked to see if some of the companies I have a good standing with and they arent listed. I think if you find a company on here once or twice, take a hint because where theres smoke, theres fire.
