Quick to charge Forever to ship .....

I placed an order with this company for a computer case, power supply, and some fans on January 30, 2003. The company charged my credit card within days, but it would not be until two weeks later (2/14/03) that I received my package. Attempts to contact the company about shipment details and tracking numbers left me with answering machines and unreturned emails.

Once I did receive my order, I thought the headache was over, but I was wrong. The company forgot my power supply (it was listed on the shipment email). I emailed them immediately the following message:

To Whom It May Concern,

I received my order (#21395) today (2/14/03) and it was missing the power supply that I ordered. Please let me know what I need to do in order to get one sent out to me. I really need it within a week, as my entire system has been ready and awaiting this delivery for about weeks. Thanks in advance,

Scott Young

This was the reply:

your power supply shipped last week..here is the tracking info... thank you

It does not seem like they even read my email. I have since emailed the company once daily and tried to call a few times a day to get someone to give me some information on the mixup. NO RESPONSE.

The power supply was only $17, but this report is not even about the money. This company is irresponsible, lazy, and unresponsive. I plan on contesting the order through my credit card company and sending word out to everyone I know about this shady company.

NOTE: The first time I called, I also got the lame excuse about their problems with their warehouse/ supplier. If they are experiencing problems, then they should not list all their products as "In Stock"

This company should be ashamed of themselves.
