Beware...doing business with Columbia House. I have 2 recent (2013) negative entries on my credit report from two different agencies. When I call the agencies they don't seem to know one darn thing about it--just trying to get me to pay a bill that is not mind. when I tried to call Columbia House I couldn't find a phone number so I emailed them. The response from them seem to be a template they use to direct people back to the collection agency. AND.....I have a current account with them and continues to get this dvd of the month crap....Think twice before doing business with them.
