received notice of past due account.  contacted customer service, made payment arrangement.

came home my service was still disconnected service.  called several numbers they gave me, no help.  finally gave me a billing #, no human contact, voicemail, voicemail, voicemail, now extra charges to restore services.

please AVOID COMCAST.  They SUCK, SUCK, SUCK!

good customer service, sweet talk to get you in the door, but horrible services after you are a customer.  not to mention they will reduce your service benefits and blame it on a glitch on their system.  saying it was an error you had the service to begin with.

 

WHO DOES THAT????  Apparently comcast because they are very unprofessional!
