When we moved to our business suite 2.5 years ago, we installed Comcast business services.  They talked me into having the TV service along with our phone and internet.  We signed a one year contract since this was the lease term of our suite. During this time, we have moved suites on suite over on two ocassions and had Comcast transfer the service.  Keep in mind this was the same building and only one suite over on both occassions.  Our lease is coming up and we are moving to another building where internet and phone is already establsihed.  When we called to cancel at the end of the month which will have been one year in the suite we were told when we last transfered the service we signed a three year term contract. We would never have knowningly signed a three year extension since we only had a one year lease.  We have no need for services in the new suite and they can't even transfer to a a residential account.  This is a total deception on their part.  Never was it mentioned on the phone when we called to transfer to the new suite.  Beware of Comcast business practices!
