Back in May I was billed twice they told me thru gave one payment back the next month . Which they never did . 3 customers services reps told me they see where I was over charge an they would contact me back . No one did . The supervisor said sent your statement to us I did they said in our system you was giving the money back . My bank reach out to them in the phone since May an told them that didn’t An they have proof . I spoke to cooperate they said they was going help thx for being a value customer . An they never help . Then they billed me again got the money they claim they gave back . The customer service ppl are rude & nasty . I can’t stand them , I’m not the only person they rip off . An wont be the last they think they can get away with anything
