I have been charged for the past year for a cable box that I never had. Comcast can not provide any workorder that says that I have the box nor can they find any workorder that says that the box was returned. Since they can not find the box in the warehouse, they can not take it off my bill or remove it from my account. I have been a customer for since 2000 and I have my cable, internet, and phone though comcast, but if they can not resolve this issue I will be canceling my account.

I have communicated over the phone, email, chat, had a tech come out and even went to the comcast store as directed which is in one of the worst parts of Southwest Atlanta. I have finally emailed saying that if this issue is not resolved by the end of this month, I will cancel my account.

Hopefully someone can help me who monitors this board as I called up Clarke Howard's consumer action line and they told me to send a letter to the VP of marketing. I don't know if it is even worth it at this point..
