My Comcast bill has increased $20 in a single month. It has gone from $75 per month to $95 per month with no additional service being provided. In fact, the service is worse (my cable is out right now and goes our frequently). First, they took away the HBO cable service unless you buy a box that costs 4.95.

When I originally signed up for the Digital Gold package, it came with 2 digital boxes. Now, since I got a third box installed, they have decided that the Gold package only comes with one digital box. And so now they are charging me for 2 additional boxes - one of which I already had as part of the original package I signed up for. I received no notice that they would begin charging me an additional fee for something that was previously included in the package.

If someone knows a lawyer who could manage a class action suit against Comcast for what should be illegal practices, I would certainly like to submit my last year's worth of bills as evidence.
