Xfinity / Comcast offered  promotional discount to move service to new residence and didn't follow through with promised promotional offer.  Over-promised and misrepresented service capabilities then took multiple unsuccessful trips and failed to install promised equipment.

Customer service says they will send out a supervisor to resolve issue, then send someone with no clue whatsoever and definitely not a supervisor at all.  Customer service manager made promise to call back next day to follow through and did not.  Service turned out to be far less reliable than DSL which was much cheaper, and blast speeds never materialized to any extent even when it seldom worked. 

Xfinity/Comcast (Comcast.com) blast internet eventually ran well at former residence after multiple trips from multiple installers but three times and no success at all in new place is ridiculous.  So tired of dealing with them at this point.  Comcast attempts to charge their high price and brag about their speeds but obviously cannot deliver.  

This is an abbreviated version of issues. Over the last 6 months this is a pathetic showing for Comcast and unfortunately they have a monopoly in our area.
