Comcast/xfinity charged me $150 to celebrate out and install there services 2 days before the installation appointment they called my wife and asked her how she was going to pay the deposit, which we already paid so that was a automatic red flag .we decided to stick with the service we had.my wife called customer service only to be routed to someone who spoke broken English .she was transferred to numerous different people they can't find our deposit.so they asked for a bank statement showing proof .that was faxed to them with a promise of refund in 72 hours .so 14 days later no refund we call every day and get a different excuse every time horrible customer service
