I recently experienced over 6-months of terrible internet service and customer service from Xfinity from Comcast.
Subscribers beware of Comcast we spent over 30 hours on the phone throughout a 6 month period with no help from them to resolve our problems. Billing was also constantly changing. It is a shame that it took me filing a complaint to the FCC to finally get a manager from their executive offices to call us back. They should be ashamed and embarassed. A company full of broken promises of a call back.....apparently they do not listen to their customers.....Florida residents I highly recommend you switch to AT&T and teach monopolies like Comcast to start investing in putting their customers first! Recently installed AT&T Fiber and could not be happier.
