 I recently decided to cancel comcast service, but after disconnecting I had anther company come in and they were unable to get my new Internet working. So I called comcast and chose a new package. The blast plus package that comes with 75 mbps and 45 channels including HBO. Search for it. It very clearly states that hbo is included. Well i got it installed and it seemed to be working fine. About 2 weeks later we were bored and decided to find a movie. Picked one from the on demand menu and of course it didn't work. I called xfinity and asked why I don't have it. They said blast plus does not come with hbo. But I had the ad up while talking to them. They said they can add 1 month free. I said no. I want what I signed up for. They added it anyway. After spending 2 hours on the phone ( most of which I was on hold) I spoke to someone that could help. She knew what I was talking about and was going to fix it. Then their computers went down and she couldn't do anything. She transferred me back to the call center that doesn't speak english. So I plan to call them one more time today. To cancel. I learned my lesson this time.
