On August 23rd I sign up for the Comcast services at my bussines location. The agreement was for 36 months.
The services has never beed great, but lately it has been terrible, making our business imposible. We had so many problems with internet, wi-fi internet, telephone, credit card machine, that it's absolutely unexceptable. They have a record of 20 tickets this month alone.
I'm forced to switch the provider to protect my business. When asked about cancellation fees they said $3900 for cancellation fees. How can they can still charge me fees if the quality of service they providing keeps interfering with my services and the business standards we need to provide.
Please help!!
