 On April 20, 2017 my card was charged for a deposit. Comcast was contacted to cancel technician and request equipment delivery by mail immediately. I was informed that the equipment would arrive by mail. However, about two weeks later I called because the equipment never arrived. I called and requested a refund o my $50 deposit that was posted from ordering online (that stated on the website, if for any reason the $50 deposit would be refunded.) I was told it was no service and I would get a refund. Then transfered, and told I would receive a check by the 13th of May. I asked to speak with a supervisor and wait on the phone for about 20 extra minutes then was told no one could speak with me. Now, as of May 31st of 2017, I have yet to receive my $50 deposit or any service. Consumer Vulture!
