On 3/12/13 I called Comcast to get Internet service. They offered me Blast Plus for $44.99 for the first 6 months, no contract, and I can cancel the service at any moment. (my account: 8497202501322197). Mr. Rogelio attended me (security pin 8194). After a month of use that service, I opted to change the service to extreme 105. They told me that the change will cost me $249 installation fee and $101 service monthly fee. I agreed with that. They send the 1st technician (Mr. Steve, tech 0370) and he just called Xfinity Central to proceed to upgrade the service.

It took only 10 minutes to do that. But the problem was that I didn't received the 105Mbps that they promised. I called Xfinity again and also chatted with representatives to let them now that the speed they promised I never received. Then they sent another technician to "fix" the problem. This tech. came to my home and suggested that I was adquiring that speed (105Mbps) for "Gambling purposes"...I asked him "what you mean with that?"...and he responded me: "you know...gambling!". This technician checked everything but he didn't find the problem.

Instead of receving 105Mbps He noticed that I was receiving only 40Mbps in one desktop computer and 36/38Mbps in a brandnew laptop. He called Xfinity and reported the situation. after several tries to fix the problem, he, the techician, gave up and I suggested him to "download" the service from Extreme 105 to Blast plus. He agreed on that and called Xfinity about my decision, meaning back to Blast Plus for $44.99 again. But because the technician was treating me as a kid, I decided to call Xfinity to cancel my service with Comcast/Xfinity. I did it on 05/07/2013. after 2 weeks they sent me a bill for $124.60 as if I was receiving the Extreme 105Mbps!... I opted to pay that amount and remainded them that I asked for the Xfinity Bundles Service cancellation.

After a week of that, I noticed that I still was receiving Internet service from them. I called them again and they just told me..."we extended the Bundled services for anothe 15 days to cover the $124.60 mistakely billed." Then, after fifteen days of that, I received another bill for...$420.54!!!! (because i didn't return the 2 (???) Modem and the the Motorola Catv converter!!. I'm not gonna pay this exorbitant amount because it include the Xtreme 105 Mbps and "special" instalation to get me access to that speed. I think that Comcast doesn't care customer and They are punishing me for cancel the service.
