Comcast ripoff 3 FREE MONTHS OF HBO BULL 19.99 BULL Sarasota Florida
I signed up for a special. 3 free months of HBO and free installation for 19.99 a month. However to get Hbo you must have a box.(yah)Well that's an additional 6 bucks and to get all the free HBO channels you need a digital box. So now for 39.99 you can get the Digital package.
That's a one time fee though. (SO) then if you want cable in another room that's 19.99 plus 6 bucks to get that and they didn't even hook up the box the guy didn't have a box so I had to drive to their store to get one. Then I had to hook it up myself? Then I decided to get internet. I was totally on my own. Hooking up ethernet, installing in computer, and hooking up the modem.
I just don't feel the service of comcast is good AND TO TOP OFF EVERYTHING I was told I could not get cable if I didn't give them my telephone #. So I did and this is my cell phone which I never give the number out. One week later I received over 14 telemarketing calls in one day 8 different bussinesses. I asked Comcast if they gave out my number they lied and said NO. That ticks me off when people lie to me.:( :(
