The company,Comcast/Xfinity has charged me for a router and for technical services that they said I wouldn't be charged for.I spoke to many customer support persons and have been lied to and are unwilling to fix this issue.There is also late fees I was charged twice for and should have only been charged once.The customer service team has lied to me about resolving these matters on multiple times.
