I was surprised to get a call so quickly and found a knowledgeable person on the phone who resolved my problem easily. The cable box and remote are working fine. To use the cable box features I had to push the cable button first. Now there is no help for this on the internet nor was the call center available to help. Receiving a wonderful picture now and great service. The service call has been canceled and my wife and I can now leave and enjoy our vacation.
But the person from the executive Complaint Service Center was not done there. She rolled back the bill to reflect a normal service charge, which was totally unexpected. She was able to qualify us for some promotions that had expired due to our length of service with them. Now that's what I call customer rewards.
There has been several levels of service from beginning service to now. I have encountered many people from Technicians to call center personnel. They all were polite, but only knowledgeable in thier field. I can not fault Comcast for this.
