Signed up for COMCAST in Febraury 2016.  My son referred me to Comcast and he went online to obtain a "number" so both he and I can obtain a Visa Gift Card, $50 each.  5 months went by, when I contacted Comcast I was told I was not eligible because we did not do it properly.  Really?  thats not what the comcast lady told me over the phone.  she assured me we both would receive the gift cards within a few weeks if I paid my bill on time etc.

From the complaints I see online, Comcast has a habit of confusing people, telling them one thing, and not fulfiling their obligations and promises.  Basically not honoring the gift card promotion.

I am switing back to Directv as soon as my contract is over.
