I am writing in connection with disputes regarding the

handling of closures of my accounts in Comerica bank.

I have been an old customer of a Korean Bank in Downtown since 1993 when I established my Business.I have been told about the new branch of the Comerica at Wilshire &

Cresent Heights.

The Manager of the bank was very friendly and responsible. After few meetings with him I brought them all my business, Personal checking and CDs to Comerica. We were doing pretty good until the Manager left on August First 2007 and he left the bank with two assistant managers and two tellers.

After a month the assistant manager moved out. At this point it was difficult to do banking, but it was manageable. The 2nd Assistant left and the bank was working with fewer tellers that had no authority or capability to run our needs. They started to bounce my

business checks regardless of my CD amount. What ever request we had from the bank was not processing at all. I had a line of credit that I tried to pay. I decided to close my CD and pay the Credit line. Also the CD was to go to my business checking account to protect me for over draft.

I contacted the bank many times by fax and wrote them a letter to liquidate my CD. The teller advised me that is not in there branches capability and would be better

I go to the El Segunda Branch. I visited El Segunda, but nothing happened. They told me go to Ave. Of The Americas Branch that I visited three times . Meanwhile they renew my CD without my authorization and continue to charge me the interest for the line of credit and bouncing my checks. It was very difficult for me and I have made all the effort to do my business in good terms with the venders not to get a call that my checks have bounced.

I have made numerous requests to cash out my CD to pay off the loan with the bank. Despite written instructions to the contrary, the bank renewed my CD. When the bank finally cashed my CD so I could pay off the loan, I was charged a penalty of $3,933.24. The CD never should have been renewed in the first place based on my written instructions not to renew it and

therefore the penalty was not justified.

Further more as a result of my complaint regarding the bank's mistakes in this matted the representatives of the bank chose to close all of my accounts, without prior notice. In closing my accounts it resulted in

approximately $1.800.00 in overdraft and returned check fees.

Accordingly, I demand that I be compensated in the amount of $5,733.24, representing the unjustified penalty and overdraft and returned check fees. Said compensation should be sent directly to me.
