Comfort Pro HVAC's representatives installed an air conditioning system in my home. They installed a line that blocks access to the furnace pre-filter (the pre-filter cannot be accessed/replaced). The first time I called, a representative informed me that they were busy and it would be a week. Nine days later, I called again, no answer and no call back. I've called four times, no answer and no call back.
I would like the system to be repaired and hopefully others will read this and be made aware of this firm's business practices.
