I was called by Consumer Credit Service based out of Flordia by a women named Nicole. She offered me a credit card with a 2500 credit limit and all I had to do was authorized 269 to be withdrawn from my bank account. The lady seemed very professional and did procedures during the call that led me to believe that the call was legitimate. At the end of the call she gave me a confirmation # and a toll free number to call. The 269 was drafted from my account on Dec 24 2002. The women stated it would take 5 to 10 bussiness days. I still have not received my call. I called the phone number, most of the time having to leave a message due to high call volume. When I finally did speak to someone they answered the phone Elite Customer Service and took my information and told me the card should be here by Jan 15, 2003, if not to call back and someone would get back with me in a week. I still have yet to receive my card and can not get anyone on the phone again due to high call volume. I want to know how to get my money back since by now I believe that a card is not going to ever come to me.
