Commerical Maintenance Chemical Corp. Can't Take No For The Answer Farmingdale, New York
In Dec. of 2010 we received a tub of a product called Green Gobbler. We had no idea who ordered it even the home office knew nothing about it. So it was put in storage. Later on in Aug. of this year 2011, I got a call saying that the product that was sent to us was damaged by UPS. I informed the caller we didn't order it in the first place. I asked him who ordered it and he said a Mr. Curtis. I told him I have no idea who that was. He goes on to tell me that they are sending another bucket of Green Gobbler to replace what was destroyed. I told him no do not send anymore. We don't want it.
He argued with me that we weren't being charged for the replacement. I continued to tell him do not send it. After I hung up I had my husband to get the tub from storage so we could see it. There was no damage nor had it been opened. So I took the information from the tub and call the man back and told him the tub has not been damaged or even opened but he insisted he was sending it anyhow. T his man just wouldn't take no for an answer. So some days later I had went to the store from my office and when we returned the second tub of Green Gobbler was setting at our office door.
I called the man again and got hing up on. So I called UPS to stop by and pick up both tubs and send them back. A few days later I received a bill from this company for $293.39. I called UPS got the tracking numbers, date and time they received the two tubs at that company. I called the company and told them I know the product was received by them that I had the tracking numbers and time they got them. So today I get another bill and I called the company again just to be told they don't handle that information and he hung on me again. Hence I am reporting them. That is poor business.
