Communications International and Tyco will put as little resources they can into this project and everywhere. I have heard that some of the people from Communications International of Vero Beach has people installing and maintaining these public safety products are not even properly trained and have no certifications. Collier County Florida Public Safety Radio 800Mhz simulcast upgrade, when doing the switchover from analog to digital there was major outages and they didn't even know why and had NO Tyco (Macom) representatives on site during this critical upgrade, it really doesn't make sense when the money that was paid for this system by the County had no high level engineer from Tyco there on site.
