Communications Publishing, offered book with 30 reports for $24.95, including postage and handleing. Took the money off of credit card, and never sent book. How do I get said book and/or my money back including what my card charged?

Since you paid with a credit card, simply file a dispute on the transaction with your credit card company. The company will require the seller to show proof that the merchandise was delivered. If they can't, you'll get your money back.
