Community Housing Inc ripoff con-artists took us for all we had Fort Mill South Carolina
They said that we could become frist time home owners, so we get our credit fixed up give them all of our money,we get ready to pick the house out that we want they tell us that we can not get that one they than picks the house out for us. than when the house is built. the house is small as hell they want us to pay a arm and leg for them
than we find out the builder and the person over the plan has riped us off we have to pay home owners dues when the grass that they put out there is dead the house is not worth what we pay for them and than find out that you have more than one lender on the house when you want to sell or refinance the house they put second hand stoves
and cheap carpet, and we have to settle for this,some had the right to get something a little bigger but some of us had to suffer, so it all boil down to this if you get one of these houses you are being ripped right off and than you are stuck in the house for 15-20 years because of all the lenders and it go like this its who you know not who you blow because that is what happen to us.
